Anybody have any ideas what it could be, i dont have a code reader, so no help there. thanks

It should have a bleed screw on the top of the filter housing where there likely is also the primer pump. If you don't have a primer pump, you might consider fitting one of the inline ones before the filter - like the bosche ones the guys are using on a 3B. I have checked the cam timing, set the injectors and valves (2 times), changed the intercooler, done the injector cut out and found number 2 was a little weaker than the rest.
